PINS & CLIPS
CURT offers an extensive line of towing security products starting with the basic pin & clip. Our hitch pins & clips are made for securing ball mounts and accessories, such as a cargo carrier or bike rack, to your trailer hitch. They feature bent handles for easy operation and are available with a rubber coating for an easier grip. Choose from standard hitch clips or swivel-style, depending on your preference. CURT also offers safety pins that are excellent for securing couplers, jacks and caster wheels. They come with a simple yet effective spring clip design and are available with an optional 12-inch chain to ensure the pin remains attached to your trailer coupler. All CURT safety pins feature a zinc finish for long-lasting corrosion resistance.
LOCKS
When you need towing security that goes above and beyond the normal call of duty, CURT locks rise to the challenge. Our hitch locks are available in deadbolt and barbell styles and come with watertight dust caps to prevent corrosion. CURT hitch locks are essential for maximizing the protection of your ball mount and trailer. They operate with easy 1/4-turn activation and come with two keys. We also have channel-style mount locks and pins that are designed specifically for use with our adjustable channel-style ball mounts. Similarly, CURT coupler locks provide superior security on the trailer side of your towing setup and are designed to fit latch-type couplers.
As much as you may love towing around that big, shiny boat or pair of snowmobiles, you cannot always be there to stand guard. At some point in your towing adventure, your vehicle and trailer will probably need to be left unattended for a period of time – at the gas station, campsite, boat landing, wherever it might be. There is, however, no need for undue worry. CURT trailer locks are designed to protect your towing rig and equipment by preventing a trailer ball from being inserted into the coupler. This ensures that your trailer will only be towed with your permission. CURT trailer locks are key-operated and come in a variety of finishes and styles to fit various trailer types. In the same fashion, we also offer a universal kingpin lock to accommodate 5th wheel trailers. Like CURT trailer locks, the kingpin lock disables the coupling mechanism, preventing the trailer from being hauled off without your knowledge.
For general security on unattended trailers, campers and RVs, the CURT wheel lock is an excellent solution. This virtually universal lock features an expandable width to easily mount onto almost any size wheel. It can be used on cars, trucks, trailers, ATVs and more.
