Lid Design

The TrailFX lid has two layers of aluminum and a higher density foam fill than any of the competitive boxes on the market. These features make the TrailFX lid the strongest, most rigid lid on the market while adding both strength and security for the life of the unit.

Body Design

The body of the TrailFX box also features fully welded TIG seams and the built-in small parts storage bin, a patented feature. Latching System

The TrailFX latching system features a high-quality stainless steel latch for lasting durability and convenience.   • 16″ deep aluminum toolbox with variable shelving options maximize storage space. The reinforced SNUGPRO cap offers structural integrity to support 100 Lbs. of cargo per box.

Warranty

  • SNUGTOP offers a 5-year structure and paint warranty on the SNUGPRO and a 1-year warranty on parts. The structural warranty is only in affect if the commercial rack is factory installed.

Multiple Front Window and Light Options

  • All standard SNUGTOP front window options are available in addition to ordering the SNUGPRO, with or without a SNUGrug headliner. When ordering a toolbox, there is the option of adding two 12 volt lights in each box. A 12 volt interior light installed at the tailgate end of the truck cap is also a standard feature.

Tailgate and Handle Options

  • The SNUGPRO is available with several different cap styles and tailgate options. The Cab-Hi or Hi-Liner can be ordered with (a) double T-handles, (b) the exclusive SNUGTOP flush handle and (c) the new SNUGTOP folding T-handle! An all glass tailgate door is available for the Xtra Vision model.

Standard Pickup Pack™

The Standard Pickup Pack™ is a unique alternative for companies needing organized storage and lockup security without the cost of a service body. All in an attractive aluminum body that can be easily installed on your pickup in a few hours. This “service body” in a Pickup Pack™ includes a headache rack, two full length lockable low side boxes, a flat or dome center hatch, and a removable ladder rack.
