SnugTop has been manufacturing truck caps in California since 1959 and they remain one of the most recognized names in the western market. Their Sport and Rebel models are among the most popular shells we sell — clean lines, solid construction, and a finish quality that holds up to Northern Nevada sun and temperature swings. SnugTop's one-piece fiberglass construction is notably stiff, which keeps the shell from flexing and creaking over time. Available in a wide range of colors with factory-match paint options.
The SnugTop Super Sport is a popular step up from the standard Sport — slightly taller interior height and a more aggressive profile. Good option for truck owners who occasionally sleep in the shell or need the extra height for gear organization.
RSI SmartCap is the premium option in our shell lineup and it's built for a completely different use case than a standard fiberglass cap. SmartCap's aluminum construction makes it exceptionally strong — it's designed to carry rooftop tents, solar panels, and full overland loads on the roof. The integrated side panel system uses a T-slot track that runs the full length of the interior, allowing direct attachment of DECKED drawers, lighting, shelving, and custom rigging without drilling. For serious overlanding builds, the SmartCap is in a different category from traditional fiberglass shells.

Lead times vary by brand and model, but we'll give you a real timeline when you come in. We also carry select shells in stock at both locations, so if you need to move quickly, call ahead and we'll let you know what's on the floor.
