We call it the Double X™ Headache Rack because there are two headache racks infused to each other. The inside of the rack is made from 4 inch extruded aluminum channel that is bent to the same contour of your truck cab. The base of the channel is welded to the feet of the headache rack with gussets. We then take uprights and encapsulate the channel, vertical posts are welded to the horizontal support beams and an aluminum mesh insert is welded to the frame.
