At CustomTruckAccessories.com, shipping and handling charges are calculated as item specific amounts based on each individual items weight.

You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "My Cart" page before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can choose to submit your order.

Most orders will leave our warehouse in one business day. Your order may be fill by the Manufacturer if the item (s) ordered are currently out of stock.

Q: Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order by contacting us at 775-329-5111 or at Sales@CustomTruckAccessories.com. However, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please refer to our return policy for easy returns.

Q: Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, and or Fed-Ex and or similar carriers. Items are shipped Monday thru Friday and most will arrive in 1-4 business days. s. For example, if an order to be shipped to Reno NV is placed on a Thursday, the package should arrive on or near Monday.

Currently our standard shipping rates apply only to our customers located in the continental US. For shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska please contact us at Sales@CustomTruckAccessories.com or 775-329-5111.
